Uses advanced massage techniques such as trigger point
release, movement therapy, skin rolling, and
compression. Beneficial for the athlete or active person

Ultimate Hot Stone Massage 60 min. $110
This relaxation massage ritual eases tension in the body
through the use of basalt stones and Swedish massage
technique. A combination of hot and cold stones,
representing the yin and yang energies, works to balance
and restore energy into the body.
Release and Detox 60 min. $105
A customized therapeutic treatment for extreme fatigue,
dehydration, and poor digestion. This treatment rids
body of all toxins, increases circulation, and reduces
muscle aches and pains.

Choose from any of the following two therapies to
customize your wellness needs: Swedish, deep tissue,
trigger release, hot stone, Thai, head massage, or reiki.

Thai Yoga Healing 60 min. $121
A therapeutic healing treatment, originating from
Thailand. Highlights of this treatment include assisted
stretching, deep body massage, and elements of yoga to

requires loose-fitted clothing.
Baby on the Way 60 min. $99
Nurturing, lavender infused, pre-natal massage which
alleviates leg, hip and low back pressure. This massage
assists in reducing fatigue and increases circulation.
