The Equilibrium Café is a private café. We feature a customized menu of nutritious meals designed to complement our Wellness Plan, as well as a full line of natural/organic smoothies, and an Italian styled coffee bar featuring illy. We have strategically created the menu so that members have the ability to program their entire nutritional program with one stop. Our meals are portion-specific with only the highest quality ingredients and can be stored at work or at home.

TIP OF THE WEEK

Moderate consumption of alcohol (1-2 drinks per day) may help to reduce heart disease risk. Research is ongoing in this area, but we do know that alcohol of any kind can help to increase your HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol) and it may also slow the formation of LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol).

TESTIMONIALS
Equilibrium lives up to it's billing as a center that will make a difference for members. The facility is beautiful and the staff is professional. Everyone is committed to the success of each individual, and the quality of the equipment and supportive personalized care you receive the minute you walk in the door demonstrated this daily. Through training in the fitness center, I have learned just how strong I can be and I relish it. The spa has proven time and time again that beauty may be skin deep, but the mind and spirit benefit from a gratifying treatment as well. Equilibrium presented me with the opportunity to strike a balance in my life and actually enjoy it!
